District Nirmithi Kendra, Kannur is a building centre for cost effective building materials & techniques. It is jointly sponsored by HUDCO – Govt of India and Govt of Kerala.District Nirmithi Kendra, Kannur started its journey wayback in 1989 with the works of village offices. Gradually with the introduction of MPLADS, MLASDF, Kerala Development Plan etc. Nirmithi Kendra became one of the well organized agency in the state.<\/p>\n

Currently, District Nirmithi Kendra undertakes construction works under various Government schemes like MPLADS, MLA SDF, Tourism, Kerala Development Plan, Kannur University ,Education Department, works for Boards and corporations of Kerala State Government, etc. all over the district.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
